Stadium to Stadium RUN Xtreme 2000 edition will be held at Zayed Sports City on Monday evening January 25.
The Stadium to Stadium Standard is approximately 5km. Starting inside Zayed Football Stadium participants will complete 1 lap before heading up the stairs and outside through the football field carpark to the International Tennis Centre where runners will tackle the stairs from Gate 2 and exit Gate 4. From the Tennis Centre you will then head to the running track to complete 1 3/4 laps before exiting and running back to the Football Stadium passing behind the Tennis Centre. Approaching ramp 28 of the football stadium you will then run anti-clockwise on the external running track, coming back to ramp 28. From here we enter the stadium and complete one round of StepZSC before finally finishing with a 300 metre run to the finish line.
Stairs involved are approximately 950.
The Stadium to Stadium XTREME is approximately 6.5km and an extra 1,030 stairs. Starting inside Zayed Football Stadium, participants will complete 1 lap before heading up the stairs and outside through the football field carpark to the International Tennis Centre where runners will tackle the stairs from Gate 2 and exit Gate 4. From the Tennis Centre you will then head to the running track complete 1 3/4 laps before exiting and running back to the Football Stadium passing behind the Tennis Centre. Approaching ramp 28 of the Football Stadium you will then run anti clockwise on the external running track and complete 12 stair climbs into the upper stadium (each ramp and stairs = 86), coming back to ramp 28. From here we enter the stadium and complete one round of StepZSC (860 Steps) before finally finishing with a 300 metre run to the finish line.
All finishers will receive a bespoke Stadium to Stadium medal and finishers' certificate.
