Wolfi’s Reverse Triathlon

Entry fees will not be refundable unless the event is postponed or cancelled. In such a case, the Organiser will communicate the options available and participants will be given a refund request deadline. Please note there is an online processing fee of AED 30 or 5% (whichever is greater) that will be incurred to process the refund.

By registering for this event, I accept participation in the event and the organiser's exclusion of liability of any damage, injury or death. I will not enforce a claim either upon the organiser or upon the supporting companies and their agents because of damage, injury, or death that could arise by participating.

I confirm that I am physically fit and medically able to complete the entirety of the course without jeopardising my health or life and consent to receive medical treatment that may be advisable in the event of illness or injuries suffered by me during this event. I declare that I have practiced sufficiently and that I am physically well. I understand that event staff are authorised to remove me from the contest if noticing threatening indications of potential damage to my health.

I confirm that my information provided is correct. I accept and agree to the recording and/or broadcasting of this event and hereby grant the organiser all rights (including, without limitation, copyright) and consents worldwide in perpetuity, in any and all media, without payment, liability or acknowledgement to me to use and publish my name, image, likeness or other information for promotion of this event and/or any other purposes of the organiser (including sharing with third parties for any lawful purpose). I hereby confirm that I do not object to any usage of the said information in any way.

To ensure your protection of privacy, all data is saved electronically. I acknowledge and agree that all my personal data may be used and processed by the organiser and its sponsors and third party service providers for business purposes, including for marketing, service development and improvement, analytics, industry and market research, and such other purposes consistent with the organiser’s legitimate business needs. Pursuant to such consent to the use of my personal data, the organiser, its sponsors and third-party service providers and their agents are not liable for the way my personal data will be used. For purposes hereof, “personal data” means data relating to identifiable natural persons.
