Abu Dhabi Half Marathon
We look forward to welcoming you to the Abu Dhabi Marathon presented by the Abu Dhabi Sports Council on Friday November 20.
T&C's LATE REGISTRATION OPEN FROM MONDAY MORNING NOVEMBER 16 to SELL OUT, unfortunately anyone registering from Monday 16th will not receive a running shirt for the 2020 event.
Celebrating 36 years, the Abu Dhabi Striders first hosted the half marathon back in 1984 and to this day continue to be the most active of running groups in the capital with an organised program that spans 365 days of the year.
In 2020 we take a new direction and move the run to Yas Marina Circuit and the surrounding area. With social distancing and covid protocols we are unable to close down the greater roads of Yas Island nor host a post race function like previous years.
The course will start and finish on Yas Marina Circuit and take runners on the lap of the track before heading out towards Shams Tower and then across towards East Gate returning to the track for a 2nd lap.
Registration includes race shirt and fashion face mask with all finishers receiving a finishers' medal.
SPECIAL NOTICE:
Car parking will be in the RED CAR PARK which is accessible only by the EAST GATE. There is NO access from West Gate on event morning. The Red Car Park is a 3 minute walk to the event gates that in turn allows you access to the start area.
Confirmed timings for the collection of your souvenir technical race shirt, fashion mask and race bib.

WEDNESDAY November 18th and THURSDAY November 19th from 10am to 7pm Gulf Multi Sport Office at Zayed Sports City
We will have a race pack collection pre-event we will have race pack collection for our out of Emirate participants and with prior approval ONLY by emailing Karyn at events@gulfmultisport.com
