In registering for Abu Dhabi Tennis League (the event), I agree to abide by the rules and the decisions of management in execution of the event.
I knowingly and freely accept full responsibility for the decision to participate in the event. I acknowledge that participation may entail inherent risks and that these risks may result in injury, death, or damage of person or to possessions. I agree that Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Zayed Sports City, and their owners, subsidiaries, employees, sub-contractors, partners, operators and agents shall be indemnified and held harmless against such claims.
I accept that personal data that has and will be collected as part of my participation in the event and that it will be shared with Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Zayed Sports City. This data will not be used for marketing purposes except with specific consent.
I understand that my likeness may be captured as part of my participation in the event, including but not limited to video, voice, or photography, and I grant permission for the organisers to use it such for purposes as they see fit.
